Well I have been attending Slimming World for 6 weeks now and had 5 weigh-ins and in that time I have lost 5lbs!! I’m OK with that however wish it was a little more but for the last 2 weeks I just haven’t been focused and therefore, have just eaten rubbish. However I am back in the game and more focused than previously.
In my group there is somebody else who had an awful week last week and so we have decided to buddy up and stalk each other, which basically means that we message each other through the day and send pictures of our meals to each other. Its really keeping me strong and helps me to make sure I don’t go off plan.
My SW consultant also asked me to plan my meals for the next week which I did as soon as I got home from group, and that has also helped me massively. I am so ready to get to my target and be the weight that is ideal for me.
